Overview
Licensed tankers, properly disposed waste
Around 25% of properties in Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Essex & London are off the main sewer network, relying on septic tanks, cesspits or sewage treatment plants. They need regular emptying — once a year for most domestic systems, more often for commercial properties or larger households. Skip an empty and you end up with backed-up soakaways, contaminated gardens and emergency call-outs.
Call2Drain runs a fleet of vacuum tankers from 1,800 to 7,000 gallons, with engineers who are Environment Agency-registered waste carriers. We empty, transport and dispose of the waste at licensed treatment facilities — and we leave the paperwork with you in case you ever need to prove it.
Our waste management category also covers grease-trap servicing for commercial kitchens (a regulatory requirement, not a nice-to-have) and pump maintenance for foul-water lift stations on properties below sewer level. Planned schedules, emergency call-outs, and full duty-of-care documentation on every visit.

Are you a registered waste carrier?
Yes — we hold a full Environment Agency Upper Tier Waste Carrier Licence. You receive a waste transfer note on every visit, which you should keep for two years as part of your duty of care.
Do you offer planned servicing contracts?
Yes. Annual, semi-annual or quarterly schedules for septic tanks, cesspits, grease traps and pumps. Reminders sent automatically — no need to remember when the last empty was.
Can you handle emergency overflows?
